Why Clearlinks

Started in schools, built for everyone.

Clearlinks began with the school districts we already partnered with. District after district told us their documents were not accessible, and they had no practical way to fix them. Governments, universities, and healthcare organizations face the same problem, so we built one platform for all of them.

The problem

Public organizations publish thousands of PDFs, from meeting agendas and permit forms to patient guides and family newsletters. Most were never built for screen readers, fixing them by hand is slow and costly, and state and local governments face ADA Title II deadlines in 2027 and 2028.

Our approach

We built our own remediation pipeline around a self-hosted AI vision model that reads each document's layout, reconciles it with the original file, and applies the structure assistive technology relies on.

Today

Clearlinks makes thousands of PDFs accessible every day for school districts, government agencies, and other organizations, and audits their websites for the same standard.
